Finding a home in San Diego county is a challenge and I accept that challenge every day when I wake up to do real estate with Palisade Realty.

In short order I was fortunate enough to be in touch with another agent that had alerted me of their off market opportunity. Off market home sales are rare to come across and can be difficult to acquire especially when competing with all cash offers from dozens of investors. However, when you have a good reputation as a hard working and communicative agent, it is a big advantage for the clients I serve.
After getting my clients in it was clear this was a fantastic opportunity. I negotiated a deal together with the seller’s agent and beat several other buyer offers. The seller of the home was also in escrow to buy a home and that meant we had two sales to take care of the whole way. My clients were able to take advantage of the San Diego Housing Commissions first time home buying loan which has a robust set of conditions for buyer and home alike. In spite of all the moving parts of two deals, we successfully closed on their home in late July 2023 and the seller was also able to buy their new home. Good relationships developed during this process and made for a very smooth process in spite of the complexity of simultaneous sales happening at the same time.
