I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am for my neighbors. They have always seen me walk in and out of my home with open house and for sale signs for the last few years. They would always come up to me and say, “Erick, one of these days, we are going to call you to buy our first home!”
Needless to say the call happened!
Once they decided they were ready, I immediately got to work and now Barry and Michael are proud home owners. This kind of sale is representative of the high value that I place on the relationships that I have with people in my life. To be a REALTOR for a friend, relative or neighbor has always been something I hold near and dear to me.
