This wonderful story begins with a friendly conversation among neighbors and ends with delivery keys to their first San Diego home! Nicholai and Ciara approached me one morning while walking past my home.
Ciara: “Good morning Erick! You are in real estate right?”
Erick: “Good Morning guys! Yes, I am REALTOR with Palisade Realty. How can I help you?”
Ciara: “We want to buy a home, but we have one problem. We want to stay in Azalea Park.”
I understood what she meant. We chatted a bit longer about the competitive market conditions for buyers in the San Diego, connected them with a great lender and promised them I would stay vigilant for a suitable home here in the neighborhood. Long story short, we hit the ground running, made multiple offers around town and ultimately found their perfect home right here in Azalea Park just like they had set out to do. It was one part hard work and one part fate. I was thrilled to keep them as my neighbors and I look forward to hearing about all the wonderful memories they make in our lovely neighborhood.
